  1. How much is the deposit?

The deposit is $500 Canadian per person.

 

  1. When is final payment due?

The full final payment is due February 1, 2020

  1. What are the cancellation penalties?

Current day to January 31, 2019 – full refund

February 1, 2019 to January 31, 2020 – $100 CAD per person

February 1, 2020 to March 31, 2020 – Deposit amount

April 1, 2020 to May 31, 2020 – 50% of full fare

June 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020 – 75% of full fare

July 1, 2020 to August 2, 2020 – 100% of full fare

 

  1. Is the price for the cruise per person or per stateroom?

The price is per person based on double occupancy (2 people) in the stateroom.  If you want a price for one person in the stateroom or you wish to add a third or fourth into the stateroom, please contact Lynnette Edlund for a quote at 604.323.6320 or

  1. What is included with my cruise?

The following exclusive extras are included in your package:

  1. Why do I have to make three choices when picking my stateroom?  When will I know what stateroom I am in?

This sailing is not open to assigning staterooms until December 2018.  Once assignments open up, we will begin to assign staterooms based on first booked, first choice.  We will contact you to confirm your stateroom.

  1. Who do I contact for more information?

  1. I am traveling as a single.  What is my fare?  Can I be matched up with another single?

We can offer single fare pricing.  Please contact Lynnette Edlund for a quote.  We have a single match up list.  Again, please contact Lynnette Edlund to for more details and to add your name to the list. 604.323.6320 or

  1. I want a cabin for 3 or 4 people.  What is my price?

We can accommodate for staterooms with 3 or 4 people.  Please contact Lynnette Edlund at 604.323.6320 or  for a quote.

  1. The pricing is in Canadian dollars.  Can I pay in US dollars?

Celebrity cruises limits us to groups in either Canadian or US dollars.  We can only accept Canadian dollars.  If you are a US guest, your credit card charge will be in Canadian dollars and exchange to Canadian dollars will be calculated by your credit card company.

  1. Do I have to book into this group in order to participate  and get all of the exclusive extras?

Yes, you must book into this group to receive the full group package.  You will not be allowed to participate if you book outside the group.  No exceptions.

  1. Where does the bus pick up and drop off? 

On August 2, the bus will pick up at the Sheraton Guildford in Surrey  and take the group to the Canada Place pier to embark on the Celebrity Eclipse.  On August 9, buses will depart from the Canada Place pier and drop off at either the Vancouver Airport or the Sheraton Guildford in Surrey.

  1. Can I make monthly payments?

Yes, we can set up a monthly payment schedule, however, the full payment must be received by February 1, 2020.  Please contact Lynnette Edlund to set up.

  1. How much dancing can I expect to partake in? What levels of dancing will be offered?

We will be offering dancing every day and expect to offer dancing at all levels. Ultimately, this will be based on who registers to attend. An agenda will be made available as we get closer to departure date.

  1. Can non-dancing family members also join us and book into the group?

Yes, absolutely. Please fill out a seperate booking form for them and note in the comments that they family members and would like to be cross referenced.
